This Register is a list of the Participants adhering to the SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme.
The BICs that are listed in the Register of Participants are reference BICs only. Any person using these BICs for routing rather than reference purposes does so at their own risk. The EPC, its officers and staff accept no responsibility for the accuracy of the BIC data provided.
The EPC, its officers, staff and the members of the Scheme Management Committee accept no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the Participants on this register. It is the responsibility of each Participant to ensure that it can comply with the obligations set out in the SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme Rulebook in time for the Readiness Date specified on its Adherence Agreement (or such other date as the Participant and the EPC may have agreed in advance), and in particular, to be reachable on and from that date. The EPC has not verified the suitability of the operational and technical arrangements put in place by each Participant to ensure its readiness for participation in the SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme, and the inclusion of a Participant's name in the Register does not imply any undertaking, warranty or representation by the EPC, its staff or members of the Scheme Management Committee as to operational or technical readiness or reachability in respect of any person named in the Register.
